Spiced Muffins

Ingredients:

1 pkg. MF eggs
1 pkg. MF oatmeal
1 pkg. MF chai
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Splenda and cinnamon to taste

1/2 cup Davinci gingerbread sugarfree syrup(you can mix water, splenda and ginger or cinnamon if you don’t have syrup)

Stir all ingredients in a bowl. Add a little extra water if you need more moisture.
Spray muffin pan with butter Pam and make three muffins. I sprinkled more cinnamon and Splenda on top.
Bake at 350 until a knife inserted comes out clean, around 10-15 minutes 
Each muffin is one MF meal.
